Our epic heating service

When it comes to heating, our qualified and experienced engineers have it covered.  

Whether you need to fix a broken radiator or install a completely new heating system, Epic can help. Our team of qualified heating engineers offer a responsive and utterly reliable service. We use specialist state of the art diagnostic equipment to check and ensure that your systems are running at peak performance. We are also Gas Safe registered and can service, repair and install boilers and gas fires, as well as provide Gas Safety certificates for landlords

Installation

From replacing a single radiator or fitting a new gas fire, to planning and installing a completely new home heating system, we've got it covered. Our engineers will discuss your requirements and help you select a system that is right for you. Work can be scheduled at a time to suit you, and you will be kept informed as the project progresses.  

Servicing

Like most mechanical equipment, radiators and gas fires work best if they are properly maintained. Regular servicing ensures that any issues are addressed so that the system performs efficiently. Gas fires should be professionally checked annually to reduce risk of carbion monoxide poisoning. Our experienced engineers are Gas Safe registered and qualified to carry out gas safety checks.  

Repairs

We tend not to think about heating over the summer months, then Autumn arrives with a drop in temperature. Thats when we get inundated with calls from people who have switched on the heating to fnd that it doesn't work. Whatever the issue, our engineers will diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficently, ensuring that you remain toasty warm regardless of the temperature outside. 

Our process

Installing a new heating system can vastly improve efficiency, but it can be a sizeable investment so it’s important to choose wisely. Our expert team can help you select the best solution to meet your needs. 

Consultation

We will discuss your requirement over the phone to assess the scope of the work. Wherever necessary, we will arrange to visit your property to assess the job in more detail. 

Quotation

Once the scope of the project has been agreed, we will provide you with a detailed written quote for approval prior to scheduling work in. This is a useful time to run through any questions relating to the work. 

Installation

Work is planned and implemented around you, and you'll be kept informed of the progress throughout. Our experienced engineers are polite, friendly and make a point of cleaning up after themselves. 

Follow up

Once a project has been completed it can be signed off. You will recieve a follow up to ensure everything has been carried out to your satisfaction and iron out any issues that need resolving.
